Dave Marcolla
Dave is Owner and President of Tucker Realty and also serves in the same capacity for his residential real estate business, Marcolla Realty . He is an Associate Broker in Pennsylvania and licensed Realtor in New Jersey and serves as President of the Newtown Business Association, Board Chair at Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia and Nominations Committee Member for the Bucks County Board of Realtors. Dave holds his MBA from La Salle University and BS from Bloomsburg University.
Prior to beginning his real estate career, Dave was a national marketing director at AT &T and later Comcast. He also spent 8 years at Commerce Bank now TD in their retail banking network, working his way from management trainee to regional market manager overseeing 10 branches in eastern Montgomery County. Dave believes and is inspired by his mantra, “expect better.” He states, “No matter what industry or client experience is being offered, we should always seek a better way and continuously improve upon those efforts until our clients become fans.”
Matthew Reifer
Matt joined Tucker Realty in late 2023 and quickly became a valued team member, specializing in commercial sales and property management. Originally from Bucks County, Matt earned his Bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he was also a member of the Men's Lacrosse Team.
His extensive knowledge of Philadelphia and its suburbs enriches our team and enables him to assist clients with their residential real estate requests as well. Matt is dedicated to client satisfaction and providing the highest level of service to support their requirements.
