Dave is a great realtor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a strong advocate for his clients. He was especially helpful in negotiations and helping with the offer process. He is great at what he does. As a first time home buyer, I would work with Dave again and have recommended him to family and friends!

We had a wonderful experience working with Dave Marcolla and Marcolla Realty to sell our old home and purchase our new one. Dave guided us through both transactions with professionalism, patience, and excellent communication. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to answer our questions, which made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Dave truly listened to our needs, looked out for our best interests, and worked hard to help us achieve the best possible outcome on both sides. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but his experience and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for his support and highly recommend Dave Marcolla and Marcolla Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Had an amazing experience with Marcolla Realty. Our agent Garret helped us secure a place and went above and beyond to make this overwhelming process easier. Very professional, communicates well and attentive. Would 1000% recommend them.

I worked closely with Garrett Cantor to find a home. His professionalism and diligence were impressive. He took the time to get to know me to find out exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to help me. I’ve worked with a lot of real estate folks over the years. Garrett stood out the most.

I can’t begin to describe how happy and grateful I am for Dave and Tricia’s help with the whole process. From buying my new home and selling my current one I was incredibly impressed. I got exactly the home I’d hope for and my old house sold day 1! I highly recommend and I’ll only use them from here on out. Thanks 🙏

Dave is an expert - knows the markets inside and out (especially New Hope and Newtown). Highly recommend!
